What we collect on this website
- Early-access signups. If you join the list we collect your email address, the page you signed up from, and the time you gave consent. We use it to send launch news and occasional training tips, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Messages you send us. If you email us we keep the message so we can reply.
- Basic server logs. Our host records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies. The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work, plus those set by advertising and affiliate partners as described below.
The free calculators and planner run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is saved or sent to us.
Advertising
This website may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a person’s prior visits to this and other websites, and these third parties may place and read cookies on your browser. The Trainquilibrium app

Sharing
We do not sell your email address. We share information only with service providers that help run the site and email (for example our host), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.
Retention and your choices

Children
This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13.
Security
We use encrypted connections and limit access to the information we hold. No method is completely secure.
